Dear Mr. Wayne,
I am writing to convey my extreme dissatisfaction with the CopyMax 2500 multi-function printer that I bought from your mall on 29th April, 2012.
As per your sales representative information the printer is loud and slow, it does not have the features I require. I had informed your sales representative about my requirement and he said Copy Max 2500 have the entire feature. Which I don’t think so, I am not happy with the product as it’s of no use to me.
Therefore, I will be returning the copier, please refund me the money back at your earliest convenience to schedule a time to pick up the copier, and to confirm the full refund. I have enclosed a copy of the sales agreement as well as the receipt of payment.
