Dear Mr. Andrews,
I am writing this letter in reference to the incident that has taken place yesterday in training room.
We understand that the training professor was not well versed with the topic but you have no rights to humiliate your seniors. If you have any issue you could come to management for the problem. But such behavior is not accepted.
There are some ethics that we expect our employees to follow. There is a decorum that needs to be maintained while we are on duty. But you seem to have forgotten the code of conduct that the company follows. I suggest you to take this letter as warning for your misconduct
