This letter is in reference to your behavior that you have shown in yesterdays meeting. If you had any issues you could have sorted out in professional way.
The way you reacted in the meeting was not accepted. Being on the senior position we expect you to maintain the decorum. There are many juniors who are reporting to you and see you as mentor. But the reaction that you showed to prove you point was not accepted.
Considering your position and your tenure in the company we are just issuing you a warning letter. However, the management shall not tolerate such indiscipline in future.
