Dear Mr. Harris,
I am very disappointed with your company service representative. I had called to order for some medicine on 25th April.
The call was received by the person name John, he had no knowledge about the product and he was too rude while talking, when I asked him to transfer the call to his senior he refused to do and bang the call.
Such unprofessional service is not expected from reputed company like yours. I request you to listen to voice recording that you may have done on 25th April. And I would like to know your response on this matter.
