It was immense pleasure meeting with you last week in reference to the fund raiser program. We are currently reviewing the potent data that you have handed us for determining how best we can run the program. We haven’t expected you to accept the request for appointment in the first case. Secondly, the meeting was held promptly and we believe it had gone well. I would like to thank you for the appointment and also for the success of the meeting.
We are awaiting the opportunity to present a proposal to you once our research is complete. I will be contacting you soon to schedule an appointment this time to and discuss further details regarding the program.
