I hereby declare that I bear an eyewitness to the transfer of ownership of the estate of Marilyn Court from Mr. Williams Jones to Mr. Kevin Mc Carthy on the 8^th of January 2011 at Marilyn Court.

I, Mr. Terence Lawson, a close friend and acquaintance of Mr. Jones have decided to be a witness to the transference of ownership of this estate from my dear friend to Mr. Mc Carthy who has bought this whole estate last week. The estate is in a perfect condition especially after its recent renovation last year and has been an idyllic place for residency for years since William inherited it from his father. Since Mr. Jones has sold off this estate because he is shifting base to Australia and Mr. Mc Carthy will make good use of it.
