Congratulations on your promotion to assistant station manager. Who would have thought when we were still in high school that you’d have progressed with FOX so rapidly?
Your promotion comes at a fortuitous time for both of us. I have just graduated from UNA with my degree in radio, TV and film. You may recall that just as you were leaving your position at WINR, I was promoted to master control operator. Florence is a great city, but I would like to move on to a larger market.
Perhaps FOX-54 has a place for a master control operator who can also operate studio cameras, produce commercials and act as on-air talent. I will call you early next week to see if we can find a time to catch up on old times and plan new adventures.
