As my resume indicates, I have an A.A. in Recreation and Leisure Studies and several years experience working as the social director on cruises for Lane Cruise Lines. As you can see, this role requires the same skills and experience as those listed in your ad, including acting as a guide when on land. Something relevant that is not mentioned in my resume is that I am a very experienced cyclist. I have traveled the coasts of California and Oregon by bicycle. I feel confident in my ability to guide both cycling and more standard trips throughout North America.
