As a former member of the GeoCo team, I was excited to see your advertisement for a Petroleum Engineer V in Sunday’s Dallas Reporter. I have therefore enclosed my resume for your review.
You might be wondering why I would want to return to Dallas to a company I left in 1992. Well, at that time my wife and I had been wanting to move to Austin. Although we have enjoyed the city, we miss being “around the corner” from family members — and we miss Dallas. Also, as you can see from my personnel files, my separation from GeoCo was amicable and I had maintained an excellent performance record while working for the company.
