In messages dated <dates of previous e-mails> I requested that you remove me from your e-mail list, and that you send me no further unsolicited advertisements. I assumed you would comply. However, that has not been the case. Since my most recent message, I have received <number of ads> unsolicited ads from your company in direct violation of my stated wishes. You have left me no choice but to take legal action. If I do not receive a message from you within <time to respond> acknowledging my order to cease all e-mails, you will be hearing from my attorney.
