Dear Mr. Way,
This is to bring to your notice the unserviceable appliances in 57B. As per our mutual agreement and contract, let me remind you that you had promised to give us a fully functional apartment. I am sorry to inform you that from the time we have taken over the apartment on 1st September, none of the kitchen appliances are in working condition.
I request you to kindly honor our contract and get the appliances serviceable within the next one week.
