This is to inform you that I am holding saving account with your bank, my account number is 1234578980 and it’s in name of John Dsouza.
This month I got my monthly statement of my account where I got to know that $100 was deducted from my account, on asking from the customer service agent of your bank he informed me that I was been charged for doing more than three withdrawal.
I want to tell you I have been using my account for more than two years and have done much withdrawal but till date I have been not charged for this service nor was I informed about such changes from your end. I request you to debit the deducted amount into my account in next three working days.
