Hello,

I’m so embarrassed to admit it, but I have to tell you that I broke your <what you broke>. Sometimes I can be such a klutz! I’d almost swear I can break things just by looking at them! At any rate, I want you to know that I’ll gladly replace your <what you broke>. If you’ll just tell me where you got it, I’ll see that you get a brand new one. Or, if you prefer, let me know how much you paid for it and I’ll just give you the money.

Again, I’m really very sorry for my clumsiness. I couldn’t be more embarrassed and hope you can forgive me!

Regards,

Robert Anderson
