Condolence letters

A sympathy condolence letter can be comfort for someone who have loosed his loved one. It’s way of letting know the person that you are there for his support.

Any one can give condolence card its easy but does not show that feeling for the person, a handwritten can more touching for the grieving person and will be treasured by him.

Condolence letter should be written and sent promptly. Write the letter in your own words and not in fancy or poems.

Acknowledge the loss and write something about yours and deceased person. Show the sympathy in the letter.

Write about the qualities of deceased person, tell them how much the loss of the person has meant to you. You can also offer them your help and support in their hour of grief. Do not indulge in maudlin statements.

Keep the letter short and do not exaggerate too much on things.
