Dear Sir,
I am writing to confirm my retirement from 16th Aug 2010 with Proserve Systems from position of Project Leader. I have been with this organization for almost 10years. Although I am looking forward to retirement and I will miss working with the company and my former clients and colleagues. I has been an enriching experience to work in this organization and I had learned a lot during my employment.
I wish to thank all my staff members for support and guidance and making my job memorable. I would like to thank for being a part of the organization for the last 10years. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance during the transition period leading up to my retirement.
