I am writing this letter to request you for loan settlement. I have taken this loan on joint account with my wife.
But recently we got divorced, we had borrowed this money for our home. But now she is refusing to cooperate with me for loan payment and therefore the whole burden of loan payment is on me. I have also take a rented house to stay and it getting difficult for me to pay rent and also loan.
