Dear Ms. Parker,

I am writing this letter to cancel my order for abs machine. I had ordered this machine through your salesman and was promised the product will be delivered in 10 days.

But its been one month that I have not got the machine, After continuous follow up with your agent I am very disappointed with his response. I have been told that I will receive the product in few days but it has been one month now that I have not received.

I am dissatisfied with your service and request you to cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest. I hope to receive my payment back on time.
