Respected Mr. Cooper,
This letter is to inform you that, I would like to cancel my car insurance that I have with your company. I am very disappointed and unhappy with your service. During registration it was clearly mentioned to me that car accident is covered under my policy.
And when I claimed for it on 29th April, I was been told by one of your agent that my insurance policy does not cover accident claim. I am unhappy with the false promises made to me during registration.
