The job requirements identified in your ad seem to be a good match with my experience and qualifications. In addition to over 10 years of overall general duty nursing, I have considerable experience in the emergency room and in surgery. (Serving for 3 months on a team of Singleton health professionals providing emergency care in Bosnia was the most challenging and rapid-paced work I have done.) Also, I have completed several postgraduate nursing courses to enhance my skills.

I am particularly interested in the position at Houston University Hospital because my family has already made plans to move back to Houston, and I would value the opportunity to work in a teaching hospital.
