Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter explaining my hardship. I searched online for examples and all of the same seem to deal with people who have either lost their job, a death of their spouse or something really serious.
I have taken loan for my home in the end of September 2009, but till date I have paid only one installment and failed to pay the rest as I have other responsibility to take care of like utilities etc.
I have three credit cards which have maxed. My cards were used for groceries, gas, electric bills and for my car repairs which proved costly. On the other hand, I just had a few unlucky months of poor money management I cannot express.
And this year I am not getting any hike too in my salary, my goal is to make arrears of payments, be punctual in making payments regularly and retain my home. I am a first time home buyer and this is all a little overwhelming for me.
Looking forward for your valuable suggestions.
Thank you,
