Hello,
I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a customer>, and have had no problems with your <Internet/online> service. However, I have been taking a look at my bill recently, and <company name>’s service seems to be much more expensive than the competition. I would like to know why this is the case.
Most online services charge <typical fee>. My fees for using <company name>, however, have been reaching <fee you’ve been paying> per month, which seems excessive.
I would like some explanation of your pricing structure and why you feel you need to <online company action>. Please contact me and provide me with that information. I would like to remain a customer of <company name>, but I need information to make the proper decision.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Robert Anderson
