<Recipient Address Goes Here>

Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a customer>, and have had no problems with your <Internet/online> service. However, I have recently experienced constant problems being cut off suddenly in the middle of an online session.

<description>

This type of constant cutoff is a major inconvenience, and I’m concerned that it might be <possible effect>. Please contact me and let me know if there is something I can do to prevent these cutoffs from happening again. Thank you very much.

Regards,

Robert Anderson
