Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a customer>, and have had no problems with your <Internet/online> service. However, I recently realized that whenever I have had problems with the service in the past, I have <never/rarely> been able to speak to a customer service or technical support person at <company name> because they are always busy.
