Because I began as a helper at Montague over 10 years ago and was promoted to truck driver, I believe that I have a very good understanding of the shipping, receiving and driving roles in our company. As a driver, I have maintained an excellent safety record and have demonstrated my skills in supervising and training new workers. I believe that all of these experiences have prepared me for the truck driver supervisor position.
