Dear Madam,

This is to confirm that Martin James is still living with her mother as the children’s court had stipulated. His mother was granted custody after his father filed a petition to have custody of the child and was denied. The court felt the need that since Martin is in his formative years, he stays with his mother until he is old enough to decide here he would stay. His mother is quite capable of raising him up single handedly and has passed all the examinations we had put forward to her to assure us and the court of her abilities. Any further inquiry into the matter is welcome.
