Dear Ms. Davis,
I have got to know that there is school Picnic going to ABC Park on 25th June along with teachers and classmate.
I would like to tell you that I given my daughter the permission to go for school picnic. I have been informed by my daughter that the bus will pick up at 8 am from our home and will drop by 6 pm. And breakfast and lunch is arranged by school management, also the fees for this school picnic is $500.
If there is any changes in above information please let me know. I am sending the picnic fees along with this letter.
