Dear Sir,

I wish you to inform that I will not be available for a period of two days starting on 6^th August 2010 to 8^th August 2010. I have purchased some property in the suburbs and during these two days I shall be finalizing the legal details of the same and taking possession of the house. I shall also be shifting into the new residence immediately and as a result I shall not be able to attend office on those two days.

I shall be available on phone, however, for any problems that may occur. In addition, I have instructed my colleague John as to the details of the projects I have been handling and he is well aware of the situation and can handle the same for two days. I kindly request you to grant me a leave for two days.

I am working in a contracting company. MY Salary is still same that was 15 years ago. Who joined after me they could pay raise but my salary did not increased when that now i am working as secretary than previous job was archive clerk.

I also want to fix my salary with huge increment.

i am on my vaction in kerala,iwas in dubai .. i suppose to start my work on august16- but i need to celebrate eid with my family eid is on 21 of this month, then i can start my work on 23..
