Dear John,
I am constrained to write this letter to inform you that I have defaulted on payment of loan obtained for purchasing a dwelling unit. As in view of getting laid off and landing in other job but with salary lower than that of previous one. Please advise me on how can I solve my financial crisis.
I have come to understand that you are approved by FHA to modify under FHA-HAMP as it would help me to find a lender who would finance me to prevent foreclosure since I am not willing to short sell the property as it was constructed under my personal supervision and technical guidance.
My current loan is a single family mortgage which I defaulted one installment for the reason mentioned above with doubt arising in my mind whether I will be able to repay at least from the next month with my lower salary.
For the purpose requested above, I submit herewith the following documents.
1) Income Documentation – Pay-slips with Full Tax Returns 2) 3 Months Bank Statements
3) Hardship Affidavit.
