Subject: Raising a grievance against unsatisfactory conditions of the Emergency Ward
Respected Sir,
This letter is to raise the grievance about your hospital.
Last Sunday when my friend met with a road accident I got him to your hospital for treatment, his leg was bleeding and was in pain as the accident was severe. Instead of attending him on emergency basis, I was asked by your staff to fill the admission form first, than they will treat him. I got annoyed when I was asked to fill the form instead of admitting my friend who was bleeding.
On filling up the form there was no doctor for to attend. Seeing the response I took him to other hospital which was near by and got him treated.
There is little that can be done at this point to remedy the situation, but I would be interested to hear your thoughts on this experience. You can call me at 234-567-890 to discuss this matter further.
