20th September 2006:
Dear Colleagues,
Most of you may be aware that I am set to leave the organization soon. I have spent 20 joyful years working for this organization and the time has come for me to retire. This will be my last week working here and it is my desire to bid you farewell.
Every person working here has taught me a great deal about work and life. I am grateful for the support I have received over the past 20 years and especially for the friendships I have made. I wish everyone the very best as you continue to uphold the values that this organization stands for.
Best regards,
Mr Singh
