We were informed that the order will be delivered in three weeks time. But there is no order been delivered and also there is no intimation from you company end regarding the order. We have also paid 50% advance for the order.
I am enclosing bill of the advance amount for your reference. We have dealt with you earlier but have never faced such difficulties. Please look into the matter as the order needs to be delivered at the earliest.
