Many people vote for political candidates by ignoring them until they have a ballot in their hand, then voting for the one with the nicest name. That’s not me. I always take the time to research every candidate before making a decision, and that’s why I’m requesting information about <candidate name>. This information could take the form of newspaper articles, campaign brochures or other printed material, or Web locations where information can be found. Whatever is available, I would appreciate receiving it so I can make an informed decision. Please send any materials to the address below, or e-mail me with Web addresses. And please be aware that a refusal to reply will put me a long way down the road toward voting for someone else. Thank you very much for your time.
