Dear Mary
I just came to know about your mother. I wanted to say sorry and also want you to know that I am thinking of you in this moment of grief. I was thinking what you and your entire family must be going through this difficult moment.
I am really sorry I never initiated to have a one-to-one meet with your mom despite the fact that we had spoken many a times over the telephone. I still can recollect those conversations which gave me an impression that she loved you very much. She has told me on many occasions how heartbroken she felt since she used to stay far away from you. Despite the distance, she always tried to maintain a healthy relationship with you.
I am really sorry I can’t make it to the funeral in person. But once you get back, we will definitely meet.
My sincere thoughts are with you and your entire family.
Yours
Rocky
