Writing complaint letter

The most important thing that a person writing a complaint letter should remember is that he is going to hurt somebody’s feelings after the letter is done with. So putting aside the bias he should clearly concentrate on the issue in hand rather than bludgeoning the person responsible for the complaint.

Another fact that needs to be remembered is that a complaint letter written is as good as accusing somebody. So it should not be written until all the required checks are done and the person writing the letter is sure of accusing the right person.
It is always better to cite any proofs of the complaint listed.
Care should be taken to address the right person and lodge the complaint to the right candidate.
One should be ready to face the consequences of the complaint lodged. Hence right words and language is very important for a complete complaint letter.
