This is to inform you about my lost luggage on 29th April, 2011.

As your airline policy there is limit for handbag weight therefore I had to put my other bags through check in. On my arrival to Chicago, I was waiting for my bag to arrive on the belt, after long waiting I approached the airline agent and after an inquiry I got to know my bag had mistakenly send to Dallas.

I had planned to go directly for the meeting from Chicago airport but since my luggage misplace due to airlines carelessness, I had to go for shopping for my clothes before attending the meeting.

I expect to be compensated for my time, the expense of a rental suit ($100), and the cost of the dress shoes and accessories I also had to purchase ($150). My time is not so easily replaced.

Please find enclose the receipt of my complain form for you reference. I request you to handover my luggage within next 5 business days. And also compensate for all the expenses I have done on my clothes, time and irritation that I have experienced.
