Dear Mr. Moore,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I had purchased reebok shoes from your store. I had no plans to purchase but as per your sales man information I was suppose to get two T Shirt free with the shoes which seem to be great deal for me, therefore I bought the shoe but after my purchase I was informed the T shirts are out of stock and I can collect them in one week.

Now it’s been three weeks for me to follow up for the T shirt, but there is no response from your staff yet. I am very disappointed with this.

I request you to look into the matter and do the needful or else please refund me back the money for the shoes.
