I have examined Mr. Paulson on 2nd July, as per my report he is suffering from frozen shoulder. He is not medically fit to work for long hours and take stress.
I have prescribed him medicines and recommended him for physiotherapy. I suggest him to take bed rest for atleast month times. At present he is medically unfit and is very weak to resume anywork activity.
It is also recommended that he undergoes a health check-up every six months. If there is any information needed please let me know.
