Dear Mr. Moody,

This is in reference to Kitchen accessories that I have ordered through online, my order number is 1234 and order date is 23^rd April, I would like to cancel my order.

I have been recently gifted the same kitchen accessories form my friend, therefore I would like to cancel as there is no use for me to keep similar product.

I understand and I am ready to pay the cancellation charges. I am regular customer of your company and will surely buy next time. If possible refund my money at the earliest or give me credit note that I can use in future buying.
