Request for Parts Missing from Carton

Dear

The manual for assembly of your Computer Stand, Model #457,
indicates the inclusion of a package of screws, washers and
nuts. These parts were missing from the original packing
carton of the computer stand I purchased on May 19, 2006.

Would you please send me the missing parts as soon as
possible?

Enclosed is a copy of my receipt of purchase. Thank you
for your prompt attention.
