Dear Sir,
This letter comes all your way to show my thankfulness to your sales department executive who helped me a great way. I had been expecting a call from my offshore employer confirming my job, when I was hit with the bad news that the handset was not working.
After having tried to mend the phone set on my own a couple of times, I went to the nearest retail outlet of Easy Call Mobile Services. Once I told the Prepaid Section executive my problem, it turned out to be a fairy tale for me. I was asked to wait in a well furnished customer waiting room. Within next few minutes the executive came with the handset ready to use.
Because of this timely action, I could attend the phone call from U.S.A. Today when I am about to leave the country for good, I would like to say my thanks to the executive.
Sincerely,
R. Agarwal
