Dear Mr. Amarnath,
In behalf of our group, I would like to appeal for reconsideration to our solicitation letter which we sent to your office last month. I were informed by your secretary that you have disapproved our solicitation letter and I am hoping that this appeal letter would change your decision.
At the moment, we have raised half of the funds we need to be able to participate in the international contest for young dancers. We are seeking your help since the amount we have raised is not yet enough to finance our airplane tickets to the venue in the United States. We will be representing our country in the contest and I am sure that we would be able to make the country proud. We have been practicing for years and have waited for this great opportunity to help make our country known for its talent.
