Dear Mr. Goodluck,
I am writing this property tax appeal letter to you regarding the tax payment which I have made to Nor flocks Property Dealer Pvt. Ltd for a plot purchased by me on January 13th, 2010. After the payment, I have realized that I have paid more tax than the current tax tariff in the market. You can find the attached copy of property tax payment to consider the matter.
As you can see, tax payment is clearly mentioned into the bill and after calculation; you can find the payment difference. I am aware that it is a bit late to raise the concern but this is my humble request to you to refund the excess tax amount to clear the matter.
