I have received your letter accepting my admission in your college and feel very much honored to have received that from such a reputed institution. I thank you for holding me worthy of your college. I will be attending the classes from 25th which is 2 days after the commencement of classes as I am out of station till 24th. Hope you will accept it.
My apologies for having to ask you leave before starting at all but this is really important. As far as the fees is concerned I hold a scholarship from state governing council for my performance in my schooling so I would be giving your institutions name in the council once I will receive the joining papers of the college.
