We are happy to inform you that your son Sandeep Dixit, studying in first year of Biology in our college has been sanctioned Annual Scholarship under Rotary Scholars’ scheme. We are delighted in conferring this award to Sandeep as he has an exceptionally meritorious academic record and his teachers feel he can secure admission to the best medical or pharmacy colleges in the State. Under this scheme, he will get Rs.2, 500/- annually and he need not pay the remaining college fees for his course tenure. However, he has to maintain the performance and marks at least at the present level to get the renewal of the scholarship next year.
In this connection, you are asked to present yourself on August 21, 2010 Monday at the college office with your annual income certificate to sign the necessary approval forms.
