As you know Mr. Williams have been with Regan Industries for almost 10 years. After completing his dedicated service, we are celebrating his retirement. He had come through many challenges and solutions in his working period. You are heartily invited to attend the party given in honor of Mr. Williams on his retirement from Regan Industries Ltd.
Hence on Behalf of the management, I am requesting each employee to donate $10 so that we might present a gift to Mr. Williams, in memorizing time spent with our company. The party will be held at Conference Hall on 16th Aug 2010, at 7 o’ clock. At that time, the company will honor him and present a gift to him.
