I was delighted to discover from yesterday’s Seattle Times that Northwest Cheeses, Inc. has an opening for a cheesemaking supervisor. I have been watching for several months for such an opening at your company because of its excellent reputation in the field.
As my enclosed resume indicates, I was an on-the-job trainee prior to several years as a cheesemaker with Folely Cheese Company. During this time I have gained both supervisory and training experience and obtained the appropriate academic background by completing college courses in supervision and management.
