Subject: Warning for poor performance
Dear Ms. Mathews,
This letter is in regards to your poor performance that you have shown last month.
You have been working with us from last 6 months and during training it was told to you that your performance will be checked for 6 months, and you will be considered as permanent employee after your performance review.
But your performance is not up to the mark from last three months. You have failed to achieve your targets. If there is anything that you want to discuss with the management you are welcome. I expect you to start taking your new role more seriously and focus on giving good results.
Sincerely,
Mary D’silva

Subject: Warning for violating the company’s code of conduct
Dear Mr. Andrews,
I am writing this letter in reference to the incident that has taken place yesterday in training room.
We understand that the training professor was not well versed with the topic but you have no rights to humiliate your seniors. If you have any issue you could come to management for the problem. But such behavior is not accepted.
There are some ethics that we expect our employees to follow. There is a decorum that needs to be maintained while we are on duty. But you seem to have forgotten the code of conduct that the company follows. I suggest you to take this letter as warning for your misconduct
Sincerely,
Jennifer Brown

Sorry letter is written to say apologies for what you have done to the reader. The letter should be written with genuine feeling and should not be fake.
Sorry letter can be written for formal or personal purpose. The reason for saying sorry should be mentioned and if there is any need to clarify anything that you want should be mention in the letter.
It is best if sorry letters do not tend to justify the cause of grievance or the hurtful action. This defeats the point of the sorry letter which is to offer an unconditional apology. Hence, one must admit one’s fault and not be defensive while apologizing. This result is a convincing sorry letter.
