Respected Mr. Daniels,
This letter is in regards to my leave that I have applied from 10th June to 15th June. I would like to request you to please extend my leave from 10th June to 18th June.
As you know I have applied for the leaves for my exams but because of the change in exam date I have to extend the holidays. My exam was on daily basis but as per the college schedule change my exams are alternate day now.
Therefore I request you to please extend my holidays. I would be grateful if you accept my request.
