We request a foreclosure for our property located at 3456, Regency Classics,St. Michaels Road,New York. We thank you for the opportunity given to us to explain the circumstances under which we have been unable to keep up our commitment on our mortgage payments.
The reason we have become delinquent in our mortgage payments is burglary which broke out on one of the midnights last week when we got deprived on our hard savings in the form of FDs, debentures, gold and diamond jewels. At this time, we are hardly left with anything to pay our regular monthly mortgage payment. We have every intention of paying what we owe, but currently, do not know how to get this done. Hence, we approach you for assistance.
We request your kind consideration either to temporarily reduce or suspend our mortgage payments for a couple of months. Our home means a great deal to us and we desire to work with you to foreclose. Please advice of all options available including foreclosure at your earliest convenience. We are anxious to reach an agreement and appreciate your prompt response.
