Respected Mr. Lane,
This letter is to express the grievance that we have in regards to wages we receive. As per the hardwork that we put we feel the wages that we received is low
The wages that we receive is less than the wage that is low as per standard labor rate in the industry. As per the industry standard the wage is $1500 and the wage that is paid to us is $1000. The inflation rate is too high in the current scenario and it’s becoming very difficult for us to survive.
We request you to take the necessary action. I am expecting a grievance hearing date from your end.
